Valley Storage LLC — website and SMS messaging terms

1. Using this page

This page is provided by Valley Storage (Valley Storage LLC) for general information about our services and to let you request a quote or contact us. Descriptions and any prices are for guidance and can change without notice; the written quote or agreement you receive from us controls.

2. Quotes and services

A quote is an estimate based on what you tell and show us. The final price can change if the job differs materially from what was described. Nothing on this page creates a contract until we confirm a booking with you.

3. Text messaging terms

Program description. When you opt in, Valley Storage sends text messages about the service you booked: appointment confirmations and reminders, on-the-way notices, service and completion updates and follow-ups, and a post-job request for feedback or a review. We don't send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

Frequency. Message frequency varies (typically 1-3 messages per job). Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details of your plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will get one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again. Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (509) 555-0148 or demo@reviewmonster.com.

Consent. You opt in one of two ways: verbally, by telling our staff yes when they ask for permission to text you while you book or receive service in person or by phone (they ask: “As part of your service with Valley Storage, we'd like to send you text messages about your service, including a quick review request when the job is done. Message frequency varies — typically one to three messages per job. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. May we have your permission to text you at this number?”); or by ticking the unchecked box on the quote form at lp.demo.reviewmonster.review next to this disclosure: “By checking this box, I agree to receive text messages from Valley Storage at the number provided about my inquiry and service, including appointment updates and review requests. Message frequency varies (typically 1-3 messages per job). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.” Consent is not a condition of purchase. Mobile information and opt-in data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages may be sent using an automated system; standard rates from your carrier apply.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this page or our form to send spam, false information, or anything unlawful, and not to interfere with its operation.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This page is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Valley Storage LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of it. Our liability for the services themselves is set out in your agreement with us.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of WA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
